Repair and Replacement Terms

  • Go Little Ones reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will meet the same specifications as the original item.
  • Warranty coverage for replacement items continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product for warranty evaluation.
  • If the claim is approved, Go Little Ones will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Go Little Ones is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
